There are many executive functioning skills associated with teaching; some of us are amazing at it...others detest this part of our illustrious careers! So I thought I'd share with you the tools I've used to help me keep my classroom running smoothly!

I spent 6 years off and on as a sub. I've seen a lot, and I highly recommend this incredible learning opportunity. That being said, there are a few things, we subs would really like to see in sub plans. So...I thought I'd help you all out and create a Lapbook so you can be prepared ahead of time! This fun and valuable lapbook covers your class plans, emergency drills, student photos, Supervision schedule and rules, class schedules and more!
Your subs will love you!!!

For 4 years, I worked in a high needs school catering to the reserves. Our discipline procedures were amazing combining both trauma informed practices and teacher care insights.

This School Life Learning Pack is the product of that discipline procedure. This technique allowed students and teachers the breaks from each other they both need to be able to save the relationship and give a breather to both parties. No isolation rooms, no time out spots, no embarrassment. Just, please take this and go to Mr(s)_____. Inside this folder are four spinners, content and a pocket for finished work. If a student is given 500 points, they can choose any activities they want to come up with the 500 points. It worked so incredibly well at every grade level and provided learning opportunities instead of waste-of-time discipline.
Best part? This one is free...cuz I love you.
I hope you find these tools useful to you. And as always, check out my store for over 120 awesome lapbooks, games, and more!
